Andy Neumayer, who, with his team at the Kursaal, takes care of all the culinary wishes of conference participants, and Elisabeth Hofmeister, who guarantees the dining delights at the Kurparkhotel, are both in charge of catering at the Gastein Congress Centre.
At the Kursaal, there is something for every taste and every price range. Andy Neumayer offers 5 different menu variations, a potpourri of finger foods and a selection of soups. From a hearty beef bouillon with root vegetables & strips of pancake, to two tartares of fine smoked fish with creamy horseradish in white bread and veal topside in Wasabi – frothy lime sauce, and stir-fried noodles and vegetables from the wok.
